You are involved and updated at every stage with presentations, renders, and walkthroughs before any decision is finalised.
How long does an architectural project take from start to finish?
Timelines depend on project scale. A residential villa typically takes 12–18 months from design sign-off to handover. Commercial projects range from 18–30 months. The design and approvals phase alone is 3–6 months depending on the site, local authority, and project complexity. We provide a detailed schedule before engagement.
Do you handle BBMP / BDA approvals and government permits?
Yes. August Architecture manages the full regulatory process including BBMP and BDA sanction plans, structural drawings, fire NOC, environmental clearances, and occupancy certificates.
