What construction services does Swaleha Green Homes provide?
Swaleha Green Homes provides complete construction services: foundation and structural work, plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering, painting, and finishing. We handle both new residential builds and commercial construction. Our teams are equipped for turnkey delivery — from a bare plot to a fully finished, ready-to-occupy building.
Do you provide a warranty on completed construction work?
Yes. Swaleha Green Homes offers a 5-year structural warranty on all completed projects, covering foundation integrity, structural elements, and waterproofing. For specific finishing items (painting, tiling, plumbing fixtures), a 1-year defect liability period applies. All warranty terms are documented in the contract before work begins.
What materials and building standards do you follow?
We use only ISI-certified materials throughout our builds: TMT steel conforming to IS:1786, OPC/PPC cement (IS:8112), AAC blocks for lightweight walls, and premium fittings from verified suppliers. All construction follows the National Building Code (NBC) of India and local municipal standards for structural safety and fire compliance.
How long does a typical residential construction project take?
A standard residential build of 1,500–2,500 sq. ft. typically takes 12–18 months from foundation to handover. Larger homes (3,000+ sq. ft.) or multi-storey buildings take 18–30 months. Commercial projects are scoped individually. We provide a detailed construction schedule with milestones before the project begins so you always know what’s happening and when.
Who manages the construction site day-to-day?
Every Swaleha project is assigned a dedicated Site Engineer and a Project Manager who coordinate daily labour, material deliveries, subcontractors, and quality inspections. You receive weekly progress reports with photos. Our Project Manager is your single point of contact and is reachable throughout the construction period.
